Remind that we are talking about the so-called end-to-end technologies. These are 14 technological areas, which, in general, consolidated opinion of world experts, will make the basis of production and technological systems of the leading countries of the world, the economies of the world in the next 10-15 years. This is the same artificial intelligence, mobile communication networks, quantum computing and communications, and so on.

Total destinations like me already said, 14. They are all being worked out in our country, three of them – microelectronics, genetics and the transmission of electricity - worked out in a special order, and eleven - this is just the subject Agreements.

Remind that back in 2019, the Government developed "road maps", the subjects of which were the relevant federal ministries and the so-called leading companies, and they were entrenched Agreements.

At the last meeting of the Council, it was an instruction has been given, in fact, to adapt these agreements and road maps to the current situation. We then took over the work, the deadlines were agreed – three Month. But it turned out that it is necessary not to modernize these agreements – they need to be reboot again, completely again. This the work took a little longer, five months, but now I can report in a finalized manner. I specifically brought these new "road maps" – a stack of paper scribbled in tidy handwriting.

What, exactly, was the essence of Restart? There are a number of innovations there, I would like to note three.

The first key difference from the old ones "road maps" – what is the accent, the result made on a high-tech line specific products for which companies undertake responsibility to produce and bring to markets, and earlier it was the results of research. Can to report that in eleven areas we have seven leading companies – Sber, Rosatom, Rostec, Russian Railways, Gazprom, Rostelecom and Roscosmos, and already 30 companies that have made specific commitments under these roadmaps.

And the third thing that's important. For the first time in the "road maps", in the perimeter of the "road maps" work with start-ups was included, just with the smallest technology companies.

What has been done here? What do we have with financing? It's just that the numbers speak for themselves. In 2022, 57 billion rubles of budget money were planned for the roadmaps that existed before the reboot, and 109 billion was given to companies. 2023 – 35 billions of budget money, 130 billion undertake to give the company, that is, the gap is already three times. 2024 – 31 billion of budget money, 100 billion – of the company. 2025 – almost zero budget money, 2.8 billion, and 118 billion are now pledging to give to the company.

It is clear that we need already starting next year to cover the deficit. The deficit of financing of the "road maps" for the next year from the budget is 48 billion rubles - the amount is not very large for the budget, but nevertheless it is enough Impressive.
