Government of Norway Indicted for Crimes Against Humanity Over ‘Planned False Pandemic’ (28/3-21)
PCP Set To Proceed Against Architects of COVID-1984 Scamdemic (4/2-21): We are now in the final stages of preparing to lay the papers in the Private Criminal Prosecution [PCP] against the architects of a genocidal pandemic fraud, that has all but destroyed this country and the world we once knew and loved.
However, the prima facie evidence we have amassed is so compelling and substantive, it is simply inconceivable that any British jury would not convict the defendants of the multiple murderous frauds alleged.
Without a hint of hyperbole or wishful thinking, the evidence we will soon be filing into the criminal court is so emphatic that it has the potential to expose the complex deceptions perpetrated worldwide, within a single viral social media post.
Wow, le chapeau! District court judge's ruling is damning: the Corona contact ban is unconstitutional and substantively objectionable!!! (21/1-21): The judgment of the Weimar District Court is not yet final and also not generally valid. As the court also announced, each court may decide itself on the constitutionality of ordinances that have not been passed by the Bundestag or a Landtag. The ruling of the local court only has concrete effects on the plaintiff and the city of Weimar. Despite that, it's really entertaining to read judge's arguments and explanations:
"A general ban on contact is a serious interference with citizens' rights. It is one of the fundamental freedoms of man in a free society that he can determine for himself which people (who are prepared) and under what circumstances he comes into contact. The free encounter of people among one another for the most diverse purposes is at the same time the elementary basis of society. In principle, the state must refrain from any targeted regulatory and restrictive intervention. The question of how many people a citizen invites to his home or how many people a citizen meets in public space to go for a walk, do sports, shop or sit on a park bench does not in principle interest the state."
"In addition, and as a separate aspect, it should be noted that the State, with the general prohibition of contact for the purpose of protecting infections, treats every citizen as a potential threat to the health of third parties. If every citizen is regarded as a danger from which others must be protected, he is also deprived of the opportunity to decide what risks he exposes himself to, which is a fundamental freedom. Whether the citizen visits a café or bar in the evening and, for the sake of conviviality and joie de vivre, accepts the risk of infection with a respiratory virus, or whether she is more cautious because she has a weakened immune system and therefore prefers to stay at home, is no longer left to her to decide under a general ban on contact."
