Commentary: Why won't Dr. Fauci speak up about Gov. Cuomo's ongoing nursing home scandal? (19/2-21): "I can't," Fauci said. "I mean, I'm sorry. I'm really — I'm honestly not trying to evade your question, but I'm not really sure of all the details of that, and I think if I make a statement, it probably could either be incorrect or taken out of context. So, I prefer not to comment on that."
I also don't think a man who is up to his eyeballs in funding research in Wuhan, China, itself — the very birthplace of COVID-19 — can get away with saying he doesn't have a clue what is going on in his own home state as it was ravaged as hard by a virus as any other place on earth.

In politics they call these moments of candor "gaffes" when they stray away from talking points and tell the truth by accident. Anthony Fauci had one of these moments on the Today show when he declared Spring an “open season” to effectively go after willing participants and dissenters alike in an effort to force vaccinate hundreds of millions of Americans.

Cancel Yourself (13/1-21): Recent public opinion polls have revealed that an actual majority of young people in their teens, the voters of tomorrow, have no faith in democratic institutions, see no objection to the censorship of unpopular ideas, do not believe that government of the people by the people is possible and would be perfectly content, if they can continue to live in the style to which the boom has accustomed them, to be ruled, from above, by an oligarchy of assorted experts. That so many of the well-fed young television-watchers in the world’s most powerful democracy should be so completely indifferent to the idea of self-government, so blankly uninterested in freedom of thought and the right to dissent, is distressing, but not too surprising.

Psychiatrist: Americans Are Suffering From ‘Mass Delusional Psychosis’ Because Of Covid-19 (22/12-20): Something sinister is brewing around the current atmosphere of mass panic and the fear stemming from the COVID-19 hysteria. People seem to be losing their minds when it comes to dealing with the pandemic. Perhaps, that’s basically what is happening.
Among some of these opinions, Dr. Mark McDonald believes that the real crisis is not medical in nature. The country has always had enough resources to deal with the pandemic. For example, the Navy hospital ship sent to New York City to help deal with a surge in hospitalization was turned back due to the lack of patients. So the question becomes, what is the actual public health crisis that people are really suffering from?
Dr. McDonald believes the true public health crisis lies in the widespread fear which morphed and evolved into a form of mass delusional psychosis. In simpler words, the American public is suffering from mass insanity due to their delusional fear of COVID-19. Even when the statistics point to the extremely low fatality rate among children and young adults (measuring 0.002% at age 10 and 0.01% at 25), the young and the healthy are still terrorized by the chokehold of irrational fear when faced with the coronavirus.
Instead of facing reality, the delusional person would rather live in their world of make-believe. But in order to keep faking reality, they’ll have to make sure that everyone else around them also pretends to live in their imaginary world. In simpler words, the delusional person rejects reality. And in this rejection of reality, others have to play along with how they view the world, otherwise, their world will not make sense to them. It’s why the delusional person will get angry when they face someone who doesn’t conform to their world view.
Because objective reality threatens to unravel their carefully crafted imaginary world, the delusional person lashes out at others who dare act in contradiction to their delusions. Wearing a mask becomes more about social solidarity than it is about following the science. Instead of re-thinking their world view, they have to compel others to fit into the reality of their own making.
New Study Shows Mask Mandates Had Zero Effect in Florida or Nationwide, But the Lie Continues (21/12-20): «Obviously, no amount of evidence, data, trends, facts, studies, or science will ever convince most ‘public health officials’ that masks aren’t doing squat to stop the spread of COVID-19. Cases and deaths continue to spike (yes, many of these are super-sensitive PCR test-driven numbers, but still) despite the fact that well over 90% of the country are complying with their absurd mandates. Yet, predictably, the virus keeps going right on virusing, as highly contagious respiratory viruses, unfortunately, tend to do, especially once cold weather hits.
Nevertheless, those of us who are mask skeptics have a difficult chore in front of us. Given that most of the country is under a mask mandate of some form or another, we can point to spikes all day AFTER these mandates were put in place only to have our opponents simply say, “Look how bad it would have been WITHOUT masks!”
It’s a tough argument to counter given the fact that our overlords have sold masking as a low-cost, easy “solution” that’s totally worth it even if they “save one life,” or something (nevermind the health risks - let’s censor docs who talk about those!). So, how DO we prove that things wouldn’t have been worse without masks? One way is to look at data from the few free states remaining.»

Americans Are Suffering ‘Delusional Psychosis’ About CCP Virus, Psychiatrist Claims (2/12-20): So much misinformation and exaggeration about the lethality of the CCP virus—also known as the novel coronavirus—has been broadcast by government officials and the media that many Americans are suffering from a “delusional psychosis,” according to Los Angeles child and adolescent psychiatrist Dr. Mark McDonald.
What began as fear of a then-unknown disease called COVID-19 has since evolved into what McDonald described to The Epoch Times on Dec. 1 as a national condition in which “there is a delusional psychosis that has taken over where people are impervious to rational thinking.”
“They don’t want to give up the mask, they don’t want to give up the social distancing,” he said. “[People] are impervious to reason, to logic, to education at this point. They are psychotically managed by their fear.”

One may currently still find this article on the web.archive: "A closer look at U.S. deaths due to COVID-19". French summary of it. Well, Briand's analyses concluded:
No evidence that COVID-19 created any excess deaths. Total death numbers are not above normal death numbers. We found no evidence to the contrary.
A decreased number of heart attacks and all the other death causes doesn’t give us a choice but to point to some misclassification.
As the crude number of total deaths by all causes before and after C-19 has stayed the same, one can hardly say, in Briand’s view, that C-19 deaths are concerning.
People have a right to know the truth.
