By openly showing their authoritarian hand, that should be a signal to the world that it’s time to change course, and get off their woke IPO gravy train to nowhere. With each step they make, Big Tech firms further expose their own institutional biases – which may contribute to their gradual free-fall in street credibility and reputation as this generation’s legitimate digital alternative to the traditional brick-and-mortar public square. Instead, what we are seeing is hyper-partisan, plutocratic digital plantation which has drifted so far from the free and open, decentralized internet envisioned by online pioneers.
More than 500.000 videos removed because they contradict the advice from the W.H.O.. There are many qualified virologists and scientists who disagree with the W.H.O. Just because one credible or qualified expert puts out a video that may disagree with the WHO does not mean it’s misinformation. This is tech millionaires censoring and controlling conversation.

YouTube has deleted The HighWire's account already many months ago, and Facebook has deleted their page few days before their 192nd episode aired on 3 December 2020.
