Меня зовут Мэтт aka Coach Matt, я руковожу лейблом «JEROME», который основал приблизительно в 2016 году.
EG: Ваша серия миксов на Souncloud достигла практически тысячи выпусков. С чего она началась?
Я решил создать свою серию «JEROME Mixfiles» после того, как начал замечать, что на миксы зовут одних и тех же больших артистов. Мне же хотелось осветить творчество своих друзей и новых продюсеров.
EG: Для чего вы решили сделать лейбл?
Цель лейбла — привлечь внимание к недооцененным артистам и диджеям.
EG: Что для вас «JEROME»?
«JEROME» для меня – маленький мир друзей/диджеев/продюсеров и творческих единомышленников, которые заинтересованы в одном – наслаждаться музыкой, и я надеюсь, что люди чувствуют то же самое, слушая наши миксы и радиошоу.
«Они – это они, мы – это мы».
EG: Ваши источники вдохновения?
Меня вдохновляют многие вещи: моя семья, жена и друзья, а также несколько как современных, так и давних лейблов – Trilogy Tapes, DFA records, Grime, Night Slugs, Strictly Rhythm.
EG: Ваш вектор развития и планы?
В планах на будущее — сосредоточиться на грядущих сериях синглов и еще нескольких секретных проектах.

EG: Who are you and what do you do?
My name is Matt aka Coach Matt, I run JEROME and several other things. JEROME is a label that I started around 2016.
EG: You have a huge mix series on Soundcloud. How did it start?
I started the mixfile series after seeing a lot of them just recycling the same big artists and I wanted to highlight my friends as well as newcomers.
EG: Why did you decide to create a label?
The goal of the label is to highlight under appreciated artists and DJs.
EG: What is JEROME for you?
JEROME is like a little world to me of friends/DJs/producers and like-minded creatives who are interested in one thing, thats to enjoy music, and I hope that we have allowed people to enjoy our music and our mixes and also our radio shows.
"They are them, we are us".
EG: What are your sources of inspiration?
Inspiration comes from multiple things, my family, wife and friends
also comes from several different labels, past and present: Trilogy Tapes, DFA records, Grime, Night Slugs, Strictly Rhythm.
EG: What are your plans for future?
Future plans are to focus on our singles series coming up, and a few more secret projects.
