В этой серии статей расскажем подробнее про конкурс на мобильность, а также про необходимые документы для участия в конкурсе.
Начнём мы с заявления на мобильность. Вы можете скачать шаблон заявления по этой ссылке. Обратите внимание: заявление для конкурса питерской Вышки пишется на имя начальника Управления по международным связям, Киселевой М.А. Документы с иными формулировками/ другого формата не подойдут. Документ заполняется на русском языке (иностранные студенты заполняют документ на английском языке).
В заявлении нужно указать максимум 3 вуза-партнера в порядке приоритетности. Приоритеты играют очень важную роль, пожалуйста, не забывайте об этом. Список партнеров вы можете найти на этой странице, информация обновляется там перед каждым конкурсом.
Перейдя по ссылке, посмотрите, какие вузы подходят под ваш уровень обучения, образовательную программу, есть ли там особые требования к знанию иностранного языка.
Когда у вас будет заполнено заявление, отнесите его в учебный офис, и сотрудники заполнят информацию о среднем кумулятивном балле и наличию/отсутствию дисциплинарных взысканий.
Помните, что при наличии дисциплинарных взысканий участвовать в конкурсе уже нельзя. Отслеживайте этот момент и не забывайте вовремя заполнять СОП :)
Ниже прикрепляем образец заявления - там указаны примерные даты мобильности в университетах. Актуальные даты начала и окончания семестра вы можете найти на сайте принимающих университетов.

From now on we are starting to tell you more about the Call for mobility, as well as about the necessary documents for participation in the Call.
We will start with the formal application for mobility. You can download the application here. Pay attention to the fact that the application for the HSE — Saint Petersburg Call is addressed to the head of the International Office, Kiseleva M.A. If you already have a document with some other wording, then it doesn't fit.
In the application, you need to point out maximum of 3 partner universities in order of priority. Priorities play a very important role, please don't forget about it. You can find the list of partners on this page, the information is updated there before each Call.
By clicking on the link, see which universities are suitable for your level of study, educational program, whether there are special requirements for knowledge of a foreign language. And, of course, don't forget about your own preferences by country.
When you complete the application, bring it to your study office, and the staff will fill out information on your average cumulative score (GPA) and the presence/absence of disciplinary penalties.
Remember that if there are disciplinary penalties, it's no longer possible to participate in the Call for academic mobility, keep track of this moment and don't forget to fill out the Teaching Quality Assessment (TQA) in time :)
